Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make the return process simple and clear.

Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Start a return

Email contactus@electricvibesonly.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for the return

If approved, we’ll send return instructions and (if requested) a return label.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping (balanced)

  • Change-of-mind / preference returns: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    • If you’d like us to provide a prepaid label, we can—the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Damaged/defective/wrong item: We’ll cover return shipping (when a return is required) and we’ll replace the item or refund you.

Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The item issue

  • The packaging (if applicable)

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items (if marked “Final Sale” at purchase)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
